Today I rod the Trek to meet Ken at the tennis courts. It was chilly and windy. Ken forgot to bring his jacket, so he drove home to get it and I rode the the Swamp Rabbit Cafe then back to Linky Stone Park to meet Ken. From there we rode to the north end of the trail battling a nasty wind all the way up the trail. When we turned back at the north end Ken kept talking about sewing flaps inside his arms to catch the wind and let it blow him down the trail. it was nice until we got close to town and it turned into a crosswind. We rode out the Hincapie path so ken could get his 30 miles, but that pushed me close to 40 today. I stopped at the RR by the zoo then took Washington over to Hillside to climb the big hill home.
