I rode to Cleveland Park for the Sunday ride today. I was around the Credit Union when I saw Ken riding in behind me. We rode to the park and five of us headed up the trail - Ken, Kimberly, Bill, Kenneth, and me. Bill and I cut across downtown rather than ride through Falls Park. We headed up the trail and rode along until we turned into the new entrance at Furman. We rode around th elake and stopped for a picture by the amphitheater. There was a big shindig going on and right after we passed by they released a mob of people on their trail for a kidney walk. Just north of Furman Kenneth cut off to ride home by way of the Paris Mountain bypass. The rest of us rode to Ken's turnaround then to the Forest. Oday I had a cup of coffee and a Strawberry lemon cake and I bought a macademia whie chocolate cookie for Cis. They sat outside and talked and talked and talked. We hustled back down the trail. Bill and I cut through downtown again to avoid Falls Park. After yesterday's fail ride I felt better about riding today.
