 Swamp ROMP
Today 4 of us met at the Cafe to ride - Jeff, Al, Steve, and me. We rode north to Furman where we picked up Brad and Kitty. We slowly rode north to Sunrift Outfitters then turned back south. Kitty, Brad, Al , and Steve got off at the Travelers Rest Farmer's Market. I could see that getting off the trail was making Jeff very nervous, so he and I headed back down the trail. We rode togther back to the Cafe where I stopped at the King of Pops and had a Peaches 'n Cream popsicle. I went in the Cafe and had a Bushi Kombucha - American Elderberry, Blueberry, Schizandra & Coconut Water. It was a litle stout, but it wasn't too bad. I rode on home from there. I mowed for quite a while yesterday and my legs were absolutely dead today. I have a bunch more to mow today, so I might expect the same tomorrow.
