Today's forecast looks stormy during the Sunday ride time, so I headedout early. I rode up the trail and headed on out to Tubbs Mountain. I made the run over Tubbs and took the long downhill back to TR. When I came sout out of TR I stopped at the BP station for a Gatorade and for ice in my bottle. The fountain machine was down so there was no ice and they had no Gatorade. I bought a small Strawberry milk and downed it quickly. I rode on south to the Cafe and stopped in there and had a chocolate milk with a chocolate chip scone. I bought a pecan peach for Cis and downed several glasses of ice water. I also fill my bottle with ice water. From there I rode on home.
