I measure my weight daily and have for most of my life. Over the last 20 years, the Typical January weight is in the mid-230s to low-240s. In 2003, at the end of my Bachman era, I weighed in at 264 during an annual bus driver physical! This year, I am starting 2025 with a manageable weight of 224 - the lightest in January in over 20 years! Besides feeling lighter on my feet and stronger overall, my legs seem more muscular, too.
