 Improving Blood Glucose level and muscle definition
-an afternoon (5 pm) Wuss ride;
-worked up a sweat;
I have been left side dominant my whole life and that has caused hard wear on my left side from hand to foot... Today I am noticing an increase in Quadriceps muscle definition on my right thigh. Blood Glucose reading was 272 (at 5:30 pm) after cycling
