Today's intervals were the same route as yesterday. I chose to do the rides exactly opposite with regard to 1st bike used and route direction.
One interesting observation is Garmin's caloric burn estimate. Although the Garmin shows otherwise, I of course I burned more calories on the non electric Globe. And although the Garmin unit has no way of discerning the difference in bikes, the Garmin calculation for the Globe use would be the more accurate estimate. From the globe caloric burn per minute, I can calculate a more accurate calorie burn for the use of the CCX.
I did the 2nd interval today on the Globe; 8 mph slower than cycling with the CCX 15.3 k-calories/minute
