Rode the Surly from home to the zoo entrance at Cleveland Park. I met Kerri, who has never ridden with us. She had both tires flat and needed air. Jeff was late and had texted, so we headed up the trail. We immediately ran into Jeff. We rode to downtown and stopped at Free Hub Cycles to fill Kerri’s tires. Then we headed up the trail.It was a slow ride as Kerri hadn’t ridden in over a year. We looped the lake at Furman then rode up the trail. We stopped in TR and ate Chinese at TR Oriental. I had chicken and broccoli wit no rice and a bowl of egg drop soup. After lunch we slowly worked our way down the trail. Kerri was struggling with being out of riding shape and Jeff was being pokey. Jeff’s trike was making a lot of noise, so when we made it back downtown he took the trike to Free Hub Cycles to find what is making the noise. Kerri and I rode back to the park, then I climbed the big hill home.
