 Morning Jaunt
This morning I met Steve at Overbrook to ride up and down the Trail. Steve and I meandered up the Trail.k We stopped at the Pocket Park and I took a picture of Steve with the little engine. Then a jogger came by and took a shot of the two of us. We went on up the trail but decided that we didn't have time to do Tubbs Mountain and Paris Mountain, so we rode to the trails end and headed back down the trail. Steve and I talked about most everything and anything on this ride. Once we were at East North Steve went straight through to go get his hair cut and turned to make the climb up East North. I can tell that my lack of riding over the last month and a half is catching up to me. I have ridden 175 miles the last 5 days and my legs and knees are tired from riding.
