Taking 500mg of Metformin with meals.
On the second day, my breakfast was excessive. Because of the gluttony, I felt sick to my stomach most of the day. My glucose number before 4 p.m. dinner was 353 (rolling back).
In addition to this evening's (5 pm) 20-minute wuss ride, -earlier I cleared the driveway and patios of light snow (a 90-minute activity). I continue to increase my activity level with the goal of fitness and increasing my insulin sensitivity.
