Felt half decent but still took it easy on the hills/rollers. Wind doubled on each of the 3 laps and switched directions. Last lap felt like headwind in almost every direction. 1000' |

Would have had higher avg if I wasn't blocked everytime I wanted to cross a road. Line out to C470 by 930. Knees were tweaky, but managed well. 1000' |
